Guarantee

Metadil extends the warranty for its products, for a period of up to 5 (five) years*, against manufacturing defects, provided that normal conditions of use are observed and recommendations for use and conservation of the product are observed. The warranty period is only valid upon presentation of the product invoice and is counted from the date of issue, delivered to the first purchaser, even if the product is transferred to third parties.

*See the table opposite with warranty periods for the product or type of material. ​ This term COVERS: • Metal structures with manufacturing defects. • Metadil plastic parts or components with manufacturing defects. • Wooden parts or components with manufacturing defects. • Fabric coverings and finishes with manufacturing defects. This term DOES NOT COVER: • Defects caused by improper use of the product, lack of minimum care, incorrect assembly or installation, maintenance carried out by third parties without prior authorization from Metadil. • Parts or components with natural wear due to the use of the product. • Damage caused by exposing the product to outdoor areas or areas with excessive humidity/temperature, as well as use on uneven floors. • Damage caused by natural accidents, such as flood, fire, etc. • Changes made to products by the owner and/or unauthorized persons.

Warranty period: Lifetime: Ceramic Surfaces 05 years: Metal structures, plastic parts and components, woody parts and components. 03 years: Pistons, mechanisms and bases. 01 year: Fabric coverings and finishes, casters, foams, hinges, slides and chrome items. ​ Additional information about upholstered products: All products that have raw materials such as: EPS spheres (styrofoam), foams and derivatives, may suffer loss of volume or deformation, this is a characteristic of this type of material, in extreme cases an assessment is necessary to identify a possible problem. Smuff puffs made with EPS sphere filling may suffer loss of volume, requiring filling with the same material.
